During each 2-hour session, members engaged in an activity and then processed their experiences.Student RepresentativeJune 2003-June 2004: I was a board member and elected Student Representative of the Nevada Association for Play Therapy. I created brochures, flyers, and literature for the NVAPT. I designed and maintained the organization's website.The Downing Clinic: Desktop PublishingI volunteered over 35-hours creating forms and brochures used in The Downing Clinic.Saint Mary’s Hospice of Northern Nevada2001: I volunteered over 160-hours to recreate the Volunteer Training Manual for Saint Mary’s Hospice of Reno, Nevada. The finished manual contained over 225-pages of instructional materials.Skills Program 1996-1998: I founded and was the pro bono instructor of a computer education program for low-income individuals reentering the workforce and for non-profit service agencies, including Early Head Start of Kings Beach, California. I taught clients to use multiple Microsoft programs, including: Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
